Applying to the i2i Teaching Partnership SCITT programmes
Full applications for the i2i Teaching Partnership training programmes are made through the DfE Apply Service.
Not quite ready to apply? If you would like to find out more or discuss your circumstances before submitting a full application, you can complete our short Pre-Application Form.
Once you have submitted the form, a member of the i2i team will get in touch to discuss your interest in teaching, answer any questions you may have and provide guidance on the application process and what to do next. This is an opportunity to talk things through before deciding whether to apply.
When you are ready to make a formal application, you can do so through the DfE Apply Service. Once we receive your application, we will contact you to explain the next steps.
Safeguarding
As gate holders of trainees entering the teaching profession and working in direct contact with children, i2i ensure rigorous and robust safer recruitment procedures are followed. Staff are trained in Safer Recruitment procedures and we operate a culture of ongoing vigilance which starts from the moment an application is received to the end of the course. The safer recruitment of potential trainees and the safeguarding of both trainees and the children in our partner schools are of the highest priority.
The i2i SCITT is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. We expect all our staff and trainees to share this commitment.
Self-disclosure will be required as part of the recruitment process, and all successful applicants will be required to undertake an Enhanced-level check via the Disclosure and Barring Service.
