I chose to train through the i2i Teaching Partnership because the course structure suited my needs perfectly. I had previously taught for three years and wanted to stay in the classroom training every day where I could be a member of staff.
I love the Mondays at Weydon, learning something new and applying it to my training but also connecting with people on my course. It’s a really nice atmosphere and we all appreciate seeing each other on a Monday, off-loading but celebrating as well. The workload is suited to be approachable, manageable and help is always there for us.
I am really enjoying teaching on my placement days and building relationships with my classes. They see me as their teacher now and I am learning something every day!
