Meet the Team

Tammy has a background in industry, working for a large IT company for 13 years before joining the i2i team. Tammy joined i2i in 2013 when the Teaching School journey was beginning, and has been an integral part of the team ever since. Tammy uses her extensive organisational and administrative skills to support the SCITT in all operational matters. Her knowledge and experience is invaluable; Ofsted described her as “gold-dust” and our Trainees hugely appreciate her endless support.

Tammy loves working with each year of Trainees, supporting them on their journey to becoming amazing teachers.

Outside of work Tammy loves to run (the muddier the better!) and she has completed many half-marathons and smaller charity runs. Tammy loves to read and is a member of a local book club. She loves a good thriller – the more gripping and tense the story the better!
